Organizing and Packaging Numbered Keypads

Problem

To avoid unexpected shortages of keypads right before your meeting, it is important to know  exactly how many keypads you have on-hand and which, if any, are missing from your keypad case.

Here's how to keep your numbered keypads organized to ensure a smooth registration process.

Solution

Each keypad has a number assigned to it which can be found on the back.

Carrying cases can hold a total of fifty keypads. When placing your keypads into the case, keep them organized by ordered groups of fifty keypads each.

The keypads in this carrying case are numbered from 1 to 50.

To ensure that all the keypads fit neatly into the case, stack them vertically on their sides as shown below.

When your keypads packed up and ready to go, label each case by the keypad numbers to make them easily identifiable later. With that, you're all set for your next meeting.

Label each case from 1-50, 51-100, and so on.
