How to Use Speakers Queue in TownVOTE

PROBLEM

I need to allow the voters to register themselves on the Speakers Queue and I need to manage their presence.

SOLUTION

On the main Agenda page, each of the Articles/Topics will have a green Pre-Vote button:

If it's not available, it's been hidden/disabled and needs to be reenabled via Sidebar Settings Panel:

Once on the Pre-Vote screen, the 'vote will automatically open' so that voters can cast their "Speak For" (green), "Speak Against" (red) and "Speak/Comment" (grey) votes.

Voters can remove themselves from the list by pressing the same button twice, or the Operator can clear them one by one (by clicking on their number/name box), or click Clear All to clear the Queue.

Names will be shown within the boxes along with the number, if the keypads are indeed matched/registered to names on the Participants page.
