How can I hide the Control Panel from audience's view

Sometimes the EZ-VOTE Control Bar that appears by default in the upper-left corner of the slideshow presentation window is in the way of the content of the slide and you want to/need to hide it.

You can do this by turning the Control Bar off completely via Settings -- Other Settings -- Show Control Bar -- No Slides option:

However, sometimes you still want to see the Control Bar yourself, but remove it from the Slideshow view, so that the audience doesn't see it.

This can be done in what's called Extended Screen setup, so that your projector/big screen shows different content from your primary screen (laptop).

First, your computer needs to know you have two screens, then you will set up PowerPoint so that it knows where to show the Slideshow content.

Computer Screen Setup

When you connect the computer to the projector, either your computer will automatically switch to this mode, or you can do it manually with a Windows key (the flag icon between CTRL and ALT) and P (as in "Projector").

(Another option is a right-click on the desktop, select your Display Properties or Screen Resolution menu and change your screen options)

PowerPoint Slideshow Setup

Once you set up your monitors, go back to PowerPoint -- Slide Show tab and select the extended/secondary screen from the Monitor drop-down:
