Problem
When creating a presentation for CloudVOTE using your EZ-VOTE plugin, you may see a chart in a certain spot on the slide, e.g. in the right corner of the slide, or if you're using horizontal bars, the results would be beneath answer text (text will be an overlay to the chart). Upon uploading the PPTX file and converting it to a CloudVOTE Template, you will see that the EZ-VOTE elements are stripped and the results are simply overlaid on the slide content.
Using your Template settings, you can specify how translucent the overlay is, but you cannot make it so that it doesn't cover the slide content in Participant View (WebPad), or in your Operator View thumbnail (slide preview) window.
Solution
No worries, there's a specific way to show the audience the content of the slide while NOT covering it completely with the results (which we assume you still care about showing).
Simply open the Projector View window by clicking on the Projector View button on your Operator Screen:
After that, move the Projector View window off to the secondary/extended monitor (presumably your projector) and maximize the window there. You can even press F11 to invoke a "full screen" mode if your browser supports it.
Now the view of the slide content is only partially obstructed using the right third of the screen:
