Show Voting Results in Projector View and hide private/operator information

PROBLEM

You want to show the voting screen (e.g., Motion Text) and voting results to the audience, but also want to hide the Operator Screen (e.g., Agenda list) from the audience.


SOLUTION

Use the Projector View function in TownVOTE and when you open the vote, a new window comes up, which you can drag over to the other screen/monitor.

This way, you can work on adding and editing the Agenda items privately, on your laptop screen, while the audience can see the Voting Screen with the motion text and voting results on the big screen, and/or shared through Zoom.



For this to work in the best way possible, you'll have to set up your Extended Screen in Windows Display Settings:
