PROBLEM...
When using long answers on your slides, they get cropped, truncated, 'mushed' together, and otherwise deformed, or become illegible.

In some cases, you can shorten the answers or resize the chart object on the slide to make the font more legible.
However, in some cases it's best not to use the 'full text' of the answers in order to properly display the graph bars and the percentage/absolute results.
You can switch the 'Full Text' answers to just showing the "Answer Bullets" below the graph. Alternatively, you can also change the type of graph and see if that solves the design issue.
To change the Vertical Bars Graph to show the Answer Bullets, go to Tools --> Settings --> and choose whether you want to change ALL slides (Presentation Level) or just one (Slide Level). Then under Chart section, choose Answer Bullets from the X-Axis Labels drop-down:
