Problem
After an installation of EZ-VOTE Connect, when you first try to run the EZ-VOTE PowerPoint plugin (or just open PowerPoint), you will see this error:
"Couldn't configure logging: Error: Could not find file 'C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\Meridia\EZ-VOTE\Settings\Settings2.mer'
Solution
Navigate to your "Settings" folder by copying and pasting this path to the File Manager: C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\Meridia\EZ-VOTE (where USER is your actual username)
If you don't see the Settings folder, create it.
Download the Settings2.mer file from the attachment to this Knowledge Base Solution (below).
Paste the Settings2.mer file into the Settings folder. Restart PowerPoint.
