PROBLEM
You are attempting to import a .csv file into your TownVOTE participant list but receive the error message below.
SOLUTION
You have the .csv file open in excel. Close the spreadsheet in excel and try importing it into TownVOTE again. Click here if you need to review utilizing and customizing participants in TownVOTE.
