If you see that your Vertical Chart object doesn't have the percentage label shown on top of the individual bars, we have a temporary workaround for you.
The resulting screen may look something like this:
Change the Chart Type to Horizontal and the percentages will appear and stay visible.
We are working on the issue and will have it resolved in the next release.
