The simplest way to find out what version of Office you have is to go to the File menu of the Office product you're currently in (e.g. PowerPoint, Word, or Excel), then click on Account and from there on About button.
You can also open EZ-VOTE after you have installed it and go to Meridia tab, click on Tools, then Base Manager and the version of PowerPoint is listed at the bottom of the window.
