What is a base serial number and where can I find it?

Base (receiver) serial number is an identification number we use to keep track of the inventory and licenses.

Each base has a serial number printed on the back, near the barcode.

The older, blue, square bases and the black, "stick" bases compatible with our ProVOTE Classic keypads have a six-digit hexadecimal serial number below the model number and barcode.

For example: 7AF0AD, or 04A7EE

The white, "stick" ProVOTE 2 and ProVOTE TXT bases have an 8-digit serial number printed above the barcode. They start with the number 900 or 219, respectively.

For example: 90011119, or 21901154

The white, "stick" MyVOTE and MyVOTE LCD bases feature a 10-digit serial number on the left and below the barcode, which starts with a letter "B".

For example: B112090146
