EXTended Range Base Doesn't (Cannot) Connect

PROBLEM

Thank you, Jodi for this suggestion!

You have the base plugged into the USB port, the white physical toggle is set to USB (not NET), and the blue lights are on, but the Extended Range (EXT) Base doesn't connect to the computer during the auto-detection process.


You also connected the power adapter and now you have two cables coming out of the back of the base receiver.


SOLUTION

Disconnect the power cable.
