EZ-VOTE Connect Account (Subscription) Login Issues

PROBLEM

When you open the EZ-VOTE Connect Suite, your account (subscription) has you locked out, or isn't working for some reason. Some clients have reported an issue where the message is: "Subscription Expired" and the only two options are Contact Support and Renew (as shown below).



SOLUTION

The issue is most likely a corrupted LockBox (license) folder, so deleting it, and logging in again should resolve the problem:

1) close all EZ-VOTE Connect windows

2) navigate to: C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\Meridia (where USER is your actual username)

3) delete the LockBox folder

4) go back to EZ-VOTE Connect and log in again



If you don't know your Meridia/CloudVOTE login, but you still have access to the email address associated with the account, go to www.meridiaars.com/reset and reset your password.
