Problem
When you try to start EZ-VOTE Connect, the app 'freezes' on the blank white screen with Meridia logo.
Solution
This could sometimes be caused by your security software and the issue is related to how and whether the software license file was allowed to be created on your computer.
Often, the solution is to simply delete the license file and start over.
Locate the "LockBox" folder in your "C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\Meridia" folder (where USER is your actual username).
Delete the LockBox folder and run EZ-VOTE Connect again.
The app will prompt you to log into your CloudVOTE account again.
This should allow you to go through the activation and end up on the Dashboard screen without being stuck on the white "splash" screen.
