Have you Activated your Base yet? Complete this step on each computer that you install your ARS software on. Otherwise, the base will not collect votes or will operate in a Simulated mode. Click this link to read how to Activate the Base. http://tiny.cc/ars-activatebase

If the Activation was successful, if you still cannot find your base listed in Base Manager in your PowerPoint ARS Add-In, or one of the EZ-APPS is reporting that it cannot detect the base during start up, you may have a driver issue.
