How do I use the Convert Slide feature in GetFeedback?

One of the latest functions in Get Feedback is the Convert Slide function.

Now, if you receive a pptx file that was generated by a third party who did not have any ARS software on their computer, you can easily turn their ARS questions into functional ARS slides.

Let's say someone other than yourself was responsible for the creation of a powerpoint presentation, but they didn't have ARS software when creating it, and you are tasked with turning their ARS questions into valid ARS slides....here's how that works.

*Crucial to the Convert Slide feature working* - The slide created in powerpoint that you want to convert must be a Title & Content slide, sometimes called a Title & Text slide.

The question gets placed into the Title area while your answer choices are placed in the Content/Text area....Must be bullets in front of answer choices.

First, locate the slide in your presentation that you need to turn into an ARS slide and select/highlight that slide.

Next, under the Add-Ins tab in Get Feedback, click on the split-button/drop-down arrow next to the Insert Get Feedback Slide button and select Convert To GF Slide.

This will take the highlighted slide and turn it into a functional ARS slide, inserted directly underneath the original slide which you could delete or hide now that the ARS slide has been created and inserted.
