Can you turn the results off (hide them) so the bar graphs don't appear?

While creating your PowerPoint presentations there may come a time where you do not want the results to show (ie Speaker evaluations where you don't want to potentially embarrass a presenter), you can choose to turn off the results of the ARS slide.

Other times, hiding your results may be to protect the anonymity and/or general consensus in the room.

Locate the Tools drop-down menu and select Settings.

When the Settings window opens, look in the center for the Other Settings area for Show Results.

You can click on the drop-down menu to change from Yes to Delay or No.

Selecting No will not show the results at all...the bar graphs/results will be present on the slides in the Slide Column or Slide Sorter if you exit out of Presentation mode or you can go back later, set the Show Results back to Yes and when you run through the slides in Presentation mode, the results will show but new votes can't be taken - in case you need to present the results to anyone.

Selecting Delay will allow program to not show the results automatically when the polling is closed but would simply require one more click of mouse/remote/spacebar to show the results.  Next click would advance the slide.
