Problem:
EZ-PRESENTER crashes with an error: "EZ Presenter has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
Solution:
A: EZ-PRESENTER wasn't able to create the folder on the Desktop. Please make sure that you have user rights that allow creating files and folders on your desktop.
B: EZ-PRESENTER wasn't able to create the report file(s) inside the Meridia Audience Response folder on the Desktop. Please make sure that you have Microsoft Office 2007 or newer installed on your computer. Even with a PPTX converter installed, the EZ-PRESENTER app needs Office 2007 or 2010 libraries to export the Word and Excel reports.
