If you were attempting to download the ARS software and received an error message
"An error (-5001 : 0x80070002) has occurred while running the setup. Please make sure you have finished any previous setup and closed other applications. If the error still occurs, please contact your vendor."
then your download was most likely corrupted or incomplete.
Check to see the size of your download, it should be about 47 MB for the EZ-VOTE Pro software.
If the download wasn't complete, go ahead and attempt to re-install the software.
