During an installation of EZ-CATEGORIES, EZ-TRIVIA, EZ-SCHOLAR, EZ-PRESENTER, or EZ-POLL-IT, you may omit one of the required components - Meridia API.
Sometimes it fails during a download due to a problem with internet connection, or blocking through your firewall. Other times it fails because another required component (like .NET Framework 4.0 may be missing on your computer).
You will see that the app itself is installed and shows on your desktop (icon), but when you launch it, there will be an error like this one:
"Invocation of the constructor...Could not load file or assembly 'MeridiaAPI, Version=1.3.15.0..."
When you click OK, you will get another error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object:
To resolve this issue, uninstall all versions of "Meridia API" program from your Control Panel --> Programs and Features (or Add/Remove Programs).
Then, manually install the Meridia API from this link: www.meridiaars.com/installapi15.
After that, either run, or reinstall the app you were trying to run in the first place, e.g. POLL-IT, or CATEGORIES.
