Some PowerPoint features, for example slide transitions (the effect you see when you move from slide to slide) can cause Get Feedback to work improperly.
We've see this issue when the Slide Transition was set to "Random".
The solution is simple and elegant: choose a single transition that works and stick to it.
Alternatively, turn the Slide Transitions off.
