Q: Will I ever need to use Base Manager?


A: If everything is working proprerly, no.  We have added some features, however, that you may WANT to use to help you.

  • Test keypads is a good way to prepare for an event by making sure all of your keypads are in good shape.
  • There is a link to AppCenter if you want to download new software or activate a base
  • Link to Device Manager because lets be honest... device manager is not easy to find.
  • The environment pane centralizes alot of information that you can use when you call Meridia Support or any other support for that matter.


Of course, if you are experiencing a problem with the receiver you can always call Meridia Support. Most of the new features were designed to make your experience more efficient and enjoyable should you need to speak with a  Meridia Support technician.
