License and/or activation doesn't work due to incorrect (or foreign) date format

If you see that activation has completed successfully in the AppCenter activation, your apps are highlighted, and say "Activated" but you still see "Activation Needed" on the EZ-VOTE Ribbon toolbar, then the problem might be the date format of your license expiration.


See below. The license needs to be formatted in an American date format, using a slash to divide the month, day and year.


If you see the date formatted in any other way, for example: "31-08-2099", the activation will not work correctly.

This applies to Canadian, European and other non-US date formats.


Please contact us (support@meridiaars.com or 610-260-6800) to get a new license issued to you right away.
