Don't Delete the First Slide

Does your slide and chart look broken and crooked when you use any of the Insert Slide buttons in EZ-VOTE?

Perhaps it looks something like this:

The reason for this is that you may have deleted the very first slide from your deck (or it's been replaced with a new one after that).

Deleting the first slide deletes all of the ARS components and data links, which then in turn renders the slide unusable.

The charts are formatted incorrectly and appear to be broken, and polling doesn't work, either.

To fix the issue, simply highlight all of your slides and create a new PowerPoint file (CTRL + N).

Then paste the slides to the new presentation, leaving the first slide intact.

You'll probably need to move the text, images and other content from (what's now) the second slide to the first one...and rebuild your polling questions.

Our developers are working on a prevention mechanism that will be active in the next release of the app.
