Disabling Add-ins in ARS Software EZ-VOTE/GetFeedback

If you need to disable add-ins that are attached to your PowerPoint software in order for your ARS software to run properly, 

(Add-ins that might need to be disabled in this example above are highlighted)

follow these steps:

1. Click on the Office Button in the upper-left corner of the PowerPoint window and select PowerPoint Options.

2. In the Options window, select Add-Ins. Make sure COM Add-ins is selected in the Manage menu at the bottom and select Go.

3. The COM Add-Ins window will open. Uncheck all boxes associated with add-ins other than GetFeedback.  Once done, hit OK.

 (Disable Keypoint AddIn in the example above)

4. Close PowerPoint and relaunch to clear the disabled Add-Ins and run with just GetFeedback operating.

 (Example above shows only GetFeedback Add-Ins available or active)
