If you are trying to Install ARS software on to your computer and receive error messages that prevent you from completing the download, you may have to Uninstall and Reinstall the .NET The specific error messages you may see, "Windows Installer 3.1 is not installed" & ".NET Framework version 3.5 is not installed" are shown below.
Follow this link to go to Microsoft's website to get the .NET download so you can uninstall the version you have and download the latest version from Microsoft. Microsoft .NET Framework 4 (Web Installer)
To Uninstall go to "Add and Remove Programs" in your Control Panel in Windows XP
If running Windows 7, go to "Programs and Services" in your Control Panel.
