If your base is not working properly or not being recognized by your ARS software, you may need to update your drivers to work with the 64-bit system that your computer is running.

Here's how you can tell if your computer is running a 64-bit system....go to your System Properties page.

There are a few ways you can get to your System Properties.

1. Left-click on the Start button in the lower left portion of your desktop and click on Control Panel.

When the control panel opens, locate and click on the System icon

The window that opens will show if you have a 32-bit or 64-bit system.

                                                                                 OR

2. Right-click on your Computer Icon and select Properties

From there the System Properties window will open, showing which system you are running
