Some Keypad Polling Groups Have Been Disabled (ProVOTE Classic Only)

One reason you may not be getting votes is that the numbers of your keypads may not be included in the polling groups that are checked in the Base Settings area.  An easy way to solve this issue, now and in the future, is to enable ALL of the polling groups.

First, make sure that the ProVOTE Classic base has been enabled. Click on the image of the top keypad and follow the prompts. You may have to click Refresh List button if the base doesn't automatically appear in the list of Detected Devices:

On the EZ-VOTE (tab) PowerPoint Plugin, go to Tools --> Base Manager --> Advanced Settings and check all keypad polling groups, or make sure that your desired range, e.g. 1 - 300 is covered by what's currently checked-off. Make sure to click Apply Settings when you're done making changes.
